Cuisine is one of the Della Motta hotel’s strengths and it combines tradition and innovation. 
We are proud of our specialties; this is why we offer a wide selection of fresh fish caught from the Adriatic sea, along with traditional Romagna dishes such as homemade pasta and our trademark piadina (unleavened bread which hails from Romagna). We also offer an international menu, a rich breakfast buffet and a wide selection of vegetables for lunch and dinner.

Our kitchen also caters for food intolerances and the different requirements of our guests.

Every week, we organize a traditional Romagna feast to showcase the specialties of our region.
